Apologies but current waiting time to start of a specific build is a few months, then approximately 2 to 3 weeks to completion.
Please note I am a sole worker and that whether I am making a custom knife to your specification or one of my regular signature custom knives, including all of my bespoke leather items, I complete all areas of each build personally and as I aim to produce blades of the best quality I only work in small numbers.
Terms and conditions
Payment
I do not request a deposit until I am ready to commence the build, when a $100 deposit will be requested. if you should change your mind before delivery the deposit will be returned following the on sale of the knife or item when completed.
Balance plus P+P due following completion, I will message you as soon as I have a definite completion date, please pay this asap.
Guarantee
I guarantee my knives and leather work against faulty workmanship and materials. This does not cover general wear and tear or abuse for which the item is not intended.
Returns
If on receipt of your goods they are found to be faulty, you must notify me without delay and preferably within 7 days so I can arrange repair or replacement.
If on receipt of the goods you are not happy that it meets your expectations, goods should be returned in an unused and unaltered state via registered insured post for full refund minus postage costs.
Please note this does not include commissioned/ special order items, except in the case of faulty or damaged goods. Please ensure you are happy with what I am building for you before commencement.
